Cocodirect Instant Hot Chocolate is advertised as the first Fairtrade vending chocolate that is free of trans fats to be launched in the UK. Maker Cafédirect has created the upmarket instant drink from cocoa solids sourced from the Dominican Republic and non-hydrogenated vegetable oil.
