Specialist cheese wholesaler the Cheese Cellar Company has added a feta cheese to its products available to food service. The traditional white, crumbly cheese from Alpino in northern Greece is made by the Artemis company, with a combination of pasteurised goats' and sheep's milk. It was given Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status last year, which means that the milk used in production must come from recognised areas of Greece. Available in 200g and 1kg sizes.

Price: £1.75 for 200g
