Firecracker rice from the Authentic Food Company

Firecracker is the newest addition to the rice portfolio of the Authentic Food Company to accompany main courses from around the world. Firecracker is a blend of white rice with flakes of chilli and spring onion that works well with Chinese and Thai dishes. Other varieties include Spicy Mexican rice (a basmati rice mixed with red and green peppers and flakes of chilli and cumin to accompany burritos and chimichangas), Kashmiri rice (an aromatic basmati with red and orange flecks for use with curries and other Indian dishes), and aromatic Jasmine rice. All are supplied in boxes of 12 x 200g packs and can be cooked in minutes from frozen in conventional or microwave ovens.
