Five Guys to open second UK site in Reading

US burger chain Five Guys, which last week launched its first UK site in London's Covent Garden, is set to open its next outlet in Reading.

The brand has around 1,000 branches in the US, and is backed in this country by Sir Charles Dunstone, co-founder of the Carphone Warehouse, who is working in partnership with Five Guys founders, the Murrell family.

The Reading site is expected to open at Reading shopping centre The Oracle.

The brand is also rumoured to be opening a third site in London's Westfield shopping centre.
