Flying Chef hires Lee Skinner as managing director

Lee Skinner has joined London's Flying Chef as managing director.
Skinner has more than 20 years' experience in the food service industry, having previously worked as operations manager at Feng Sushi where he managed the relaunch of the brand.
He has also worked as operations director at Salade Retail where he opened and managed three new sites before assisting with the design and refurbishment of two other stores.
