Food Story appoints front of house operations manager

Kosher catering company Food Story (London) has appointed Anja Huettenrauch as front of house and guest experience manager.

Huettenrauch joins from Mosimann's Party Service and will work alongside Chris Towndrow, previously from Rhubarb Food Design.

Managing director, Matt Rickard, leads the Food Story team having joined from the Mandarin Oriental Group and formerly Absolute Taste.

He is supported by Lucy Gemmell, founder of Rhubarb, and executive chef David Swann, formerly of Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal's Fat Duck.

Rickard said: "We've had an exceptionally successful 18 months and as the business continues to take pace we are delighted that Anja has joined the Food Story family.

"Anja brings outstanding front of house management experience and an unwavering knowledge and desire for service excellence. As important, is Anja's exceptional ability to train, nurture and lead her team, I have huge confidence that Anja is going to enjoy being a major stakeholder in the growing success of Food Story."

Food Story provides catering at more than 100 venues across the capital including the National History Museum, Spencer House, Claridge's, Rosewood London, Four Seasons Park Lane & Hampshire, Wickham House and Soho Farmhouse.
