Foodservice Cateys Extra Mile award 2015 shortlist announced

The Caterer has revealed the shortlist for the 2015 Foodservice Cateys Extra Mile award.

The Foodservice Cateys, now in their third year, were launched as an extension to the well-respected Cateys and following the triumphant success of the Hotel Cateys, now in their seventh year.

Aimed at celebrating foodservice employees across the UK, the Foodservice Cateys have been created to recognise and reward those individuals and teams that work tirelessly to make sure their business delivers an exceptional service day in, day out, as determined by those best placed to decide: the industry.

The shortlist for the Extra Mile award is determined following nominations from their industry peers, with the winner chosen by The Caterer editorial team.

The winners of all 19 categories remain a closely guarded secret until they are announced at a glittering event on 16 October at London's Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel.

The three finalists are:

  • Catherine Attfield, Artizian

  • Tony Mulgrew, Ravenscliffe High School

  • Neel Radia, National Association of Care Catering
