Fosters to create mobile interactive canapé and cocktail bar

Fosters Event Catering has partnered with the Waiting Game to create a mobile interactive canapé and cocktail bar.

The initiative can be personalised and will be operated by a chef and mixologist. It allows guests to learn to make their own party food and drink during an event.

Fosters chief executive Neil Lodge explained: "Over the past few years we've seen incredible growth in the number of people interested in food and drink, especially in the South-west.

"We now have such a strong food culture, its important that we meet that enthusiasm by offering a new level of service that gives behind-the-scenes insight into the industry while delivering first-class catering."
