At next week's Hospitality Show The Caterer will be hosting a free Business Breakfast analysing what 2015 has in store for hospitality.
Being held in partnership with Christie + Co on the morning of 20th January at the NEC, the event will explore the finding in its 2015 Business Outlook, with leading operators offering their expectations on the year ahead.
Delegates will have the opportunity to be the first too see detailed analysis of the Midlands market, along with expert commentary from local operators.
Joining Christie + Co directors will be Simpsons chef patron Andreas Antona, Bulldog Hotel Group managing director Kevin Charity, Coal Grill and Bar founder John Gater and Prima Managed Hotels managing director Chris Gillett.
Taking place on the 20 January at 9:30am on the Hospitality Show's Business Briefing Stage, the breakfast briefing will provide analysis of market movements in hotels, restaurants and pubs in 2015, along with the outlook for the hospitality sector this year. Our panel of experts and operators will consider where they think the sector can profit, and what opportunities should not be overlooked.
