The Caterer is to partner with Seafish to host a free Business Breakfast to explore the findings of research into better promoting the presence of seafood on menus.
Taking place at the Dorchester hotel in London on Friday 13 March, the event will detail how seafood is currently marketed and offer an insight into how to make the most of these exciting products.
The findings of the research will be shared by Seafish, alongside Caroline Hughes, associate director of RDSI Research and Cyril Levenant, director foodservice UK at the NPD Group.
The two-hour briefing in the Crystal Suite will commence with breakfast at 9:00am. Presentations will begin at 9:30am and will provide an opportunity for delegates to ask questions of the panellists after hearing first-hand how businesses can benefit from the boom in seafood and shellfish dishes being served in foodservice in the UK.
The Caterer products and suppliers editor Lisa Jenkins said: "This breakfast briefing promises of offer some excellent insight and in-depth analysis of the benefits of seafood and shellfish dishes and how to overcome some of the challenges around the products."
