Hospitality directors are being offered the chance to snap up free one-to-one coaching with a London based company.

Managing directors or directors of hospitality and catering companies based in a London Borough and with no more than 249 employees are eligible for a two-month tailor-made course valued at £1,000 with Walk on Waves Coaching.

Funding for the course comes via the Government, which is seeking to support growth sectors such as hospitality with the initiative, improving individuals' workplace skills through coaching to benefit their businesses and the UK economy as a whole.

Karen Skehel, founder of Walk on Waves Coaching, said: "The purpose is to make people more effective in the workplace. The course would particular suit companies going through a tough time, those wanting to take their business to the next level or start ups."

Places are on a first come first served basis as the funding is available to training providers in other business sectors.
