French Kiss

Ingredients

30ml (2tbsp) vanilla syrup
½ shot of Whiskey (or other alcohol of your choice)
10-15ml (2-3 tbsp) Nescafé Alta Rica
200ml (7 fl. oz) boiling water
45ml (3tbsp) double cream, whipped
Chocolate sauce and hundreds and thousands to decorate

Place the vanilla syrup, whiskey, and Nescafé Alta Rica in the bottom of a large mug. Pour over the boiling water and stir. Spoon the cream gently over the top and, using a spoon or squeezy bottle, make a heart shape on the cream with the chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands and serve immediately.
