A new range of frozen risottos aimed at establishments looking to offer authentic Mediterranean flavours that are easy to prepare under time pressures will be launched at the show. Produced with natural ingredients and containing no artificial flavours or colours, the range is available in three Italian combinations: Primavera Chicken and Asparagus and Sicilian Lemon, Chicken and Thyme.
