George Bukhov to give keynote speech at Foodservice Forum

The Caterer stable this year - will take place on 18 March at Kings Place in King's Cross, London.

Bukhov will tell delegates about his extraordinary career, which has led him to run one of the coolest restaurant brands on the world stage. He will be joined at the fast-paced, half-day conference by fellow speaker Philip Newman-Hall, the former managing director of Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, who is expected to deliver equally inspirational business insight.

Other speakers at the forum include Charles Banks from The Food People who will reveal food and beverage trends for 2016 and 2017, as well as giving a retrospective view on the recurring themes from the past decade, and Camilla Woods from Hospitality Action, who will explain how the charity's employee assistance programme (EAP) can help businesses and their employees cope with the unexpected.

In addition, respected restaurateur James Horler, chief executive of 3Sixty Restaurants, will chair a Have I Got News For You-style panel discussion on the matters of the day.
