Global Infusion in Sunday Times International Track 100

London 2012 caterer Global Infusion Group has been listed in the Sunday Times International Track 100, a shortlist of Britain's private firms with the fastest growing overseas sales.

One of only two hospitality providers to feature, Global Infusion came in at number 53. Hostel and bar operator Beds and Bars was listed at 95.

The Buckinghamshire-based events caterer, which will cater at four London Olympics sites including Mountain bike venue Hadleigh Farm, Lee Valley White Water centre and beach volleyball site Horse Guards Parade, was reported to have experienced international sales growth of 71.86%.

International sales for the period 2009-2011 are estimated to be £2.9m, whereas sales for 2007-2009 were £977,000.

The multi-faceted business was founded in 1984 and specialises in catering for music world tours such as Lady Gaga and Iron Maiden, on-location film and television production crews and corporate events.

It operates in Asia, the Middle East and the United States, as well as the UK.
