Goose fat from Highgrove Food Distibution

Highgrove Food Distribution, a dairy and fats supplier into the retail market, has launched a 2.5kg catering pack of its Goose Fat.
The versatile fat enhances the flavour of a variety of savoury dishes and is commonly associated with creating roast potatoes as it has the consistency of butter but a higher burn point, which means the potatoes can receive the proper blast treatment needed to make them really crisp.
The fat, which is liquid at room temperature, is available in plastic buckets, has a long shelf life and keeps for up to 12 months in the fridge.
