Graysons Restaurants wins Financial Ombudsman Service deal
Graysons Restaurants, the contract caterer set up last year with backing from ex-Compass chairman Sir Francis Mackay, has won the deal to cater at the Financial Ombudsman Service in London.
Located in Canary Wharf, the three-year contract is estimated by industry experts to be worth close to £500,000 in turnover a year, and was previously run by Elior's Avenance.
The contract, which went live today, sees Graysons providing an all-day café service, Java Republic coffee bar and hospitality services for the onsite meeting rooms, delivered by a team of seven staff.
The win comes after deals at Chiddingstone Castle in Kent and chemical laboratory LGC in Teddington, Middlesex last year for the contract caterer.
Graysons Restaurants is headed by Rowena Edwards, previously UK and Ireland sales director at Compass, with Philip Nash, the former head of Compass's fine dining division Restaurant Associates group chairman.
