Greater London Authority:Provision of catering services

The GLA invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors to provide a catering service for visitors, staff and other stakeholders at City Hall, London SE1 2AA and Café on the Square, Trafalgar Square, London WC2H 7RT.The services will include event hospitality, two public cafes and some fine dining.

The contract will commence early August 2009. Interested parties are required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire which should be requested by the deadline of 12 noon on 13th February 2009. The completed questionnaire must be submitted to the GLA by the deadline of 16th February 2009 at 12 noon. Requests for copies of
the pre-qualification questionnaire should be made in writing (preferably by email) to:

The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender received by the Authority, as assessed according to the criteria to be listed in the Instructions to Tenderers. An OJEU notice was dispatched on 16th January 2009
