Emma Williams has been promoted to the new role of director of operations, following her success in the role of general manager.

John Nugent, chief executive of Green & Fortune, commented: "Since joining Green & Fortune almost four years ago the business has almost doubled in size. Anticipated growth in the coming year should exceed 20%.

"I have therefore changed our operating model and created the new role of director of operations, to which Emma has been promoted. It truly reflects her commitment to the wider aims of the company and recognises the input she has had in delivering growth and profitability."

Priya Taylor has joined the team as business development director, while 2014 Foodservice Catey Salesperson of the Year winner Lucy Wright is away on maternity leave.

Taylor brings with her wealth of experience at a number of hospitality businesses, including Rocco Forte Hotels, Sodexo Prestige Venues and D&D London.

In addition, Quentin Fitch has been named development chef. He has joined the business with more than 20 years' experience, most recently as executive chef at Muriel's Kitchen in London's West End.

Green & Fortune is the umbrella business for Rotunda Bar & Restaurant and Kings Place Events, and operates out of Kings Place, in London's King's Cross.
