Gyles Brandreth to speak at MI conference dinner

The Master Innholders General Managers' Conference 2016 will feature Gyles Brandreth as the after dinner speaker.

The conference will take place on 11 and 12 January at Grosvenor House, A JW Marriot Hotel, London and will have the theme Excellence is No Coincidence.

The writer, broadcaster, former MP and government Whip will address guests at the gala dinner on Monday 11 January.

Conference chairman Stuart Bowery, general manager at Grosvenor House, said he was delighted to be hosting the event.

He said: "The conference title reflects the Master Innholders remit in striving to uphold excellence within the art of hospitality. Delivering excellence is behaviour and a habit, not a coincidence. The General Managers' Conference attracts attendees who operate the finest hotels in the UK and beyond."

A range of topics will be discussed at the two-day conference including legislation and hospitality, beverage trends, people engagement and political lobbying.
