Head of Crown Group's Seasoned division quits role

The head of contract caterer Crown Group's event business, Seasoned, has left the company to pursue other interests, Caterersearch has learnt.

Hugo Miller-Brown, Seasoned's managing director, left the event caterer, previously known as Crown Society, at the end of January.

Miller-Brown has been succeeded by Colin Sayers, who was operations director at Seasoned having been with the event caterer since 1997, originally as a menu designer.

Seasoned recently won the venue management contract for London landmark Tower Bridge and has also been retained by Henley Royal Regatta.

Crown Group's business and industry division Kudos announced last week that it was ending its deal to caterer at Pinewood Studios. It has been succeeded there by caterer Couture.
