Headquarter Hotel operator opportunity
Arena and Convention Centre Liverpool and Liverpool City Council are seeking an operating partner to lease or manage a quality hotel that is integral to the new exhibition centre.
The hotel will be a focal point of the ACC Liverpool site comprising the only interconnected Arena, Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre in Europe.
Key aspects
• Unique opportunity for a quality hotel brand, with up to 200 bedrooms and 8,800sqm floor space, to become the headquarter hotel of Exhibition Centre Liverpool and the existing ACC Liverpool.
• Completion due Q2 2015, this opportunity includes hotel F&B, meeting space to complement the adjacent venues and ancillary revenue streams associated with events.
