Hilton London Metropole unveils Herb N' Kitchen

Hilton London Metropole has opened Herb N' Kitchen, a grab-and-go dining concept. It will feature fresh products made from local and seasonal ingredients.

Dishes will include Greek yogurt with honey and granola, a breakfast Panini and a roasted vegetable wrap on a wheat tortilla or salad.

The Hilton London Metropole's Herb N' Kitchen is the first of its kind in the UK, following a successful launch at New York Hilton Midtown in Manhattan. The London kitchen is the fourth to open, with another 10 in the pipeline at Hilton properties across the US.

Hugo Stevenson, food and beverage manager at Hilton London Metropole said, "We're delighted to be the first Hilton hotel outside of the US to install the new Herb N' Kitchen dining concept and our guests have responded positively to the grab-and-go idea of fresh food that affords abundant choice throughout the day."

The hotel has also recently launched a tower lobby seating area and group registration desk to speed up the processing time for customers.
