Hospitality businesses still struggling to find staff

Nearly half of hospitality businesses were looking to recruit new staff last year, according to a report by Jobcentre Plus.

The report claims that 48% of hospitality businesses were actively recruiting.

Hospitality vacancies accounted for 14% of the total positions available in all sectors.

The report also says that hospitality businesses had an average of eight and a half vacancies each last year and filled a total of 482,000 posts between them.
