Hot Orange Truffle

Ingredients

15ml (1tbsp) Nescafé Alta Rica
45ml (3tbsp) hot water
15 ml (1tbsp) chocolate fudge syrup
30ml (2tbsp) orange syrup
250ml (8 fl. oz) frothy hot milk
Cocoa powder, for dusting
Orange flavoured Matchmaker to stir

Dissolve the Nescafé Alta Rica in the hot water and add the syrups. Top with foamed milk and dust with cocoa powder. Serve with an orange Matchmaker to stir and melt into the coffee.
