If you can't stand the heat, you're not going to enjoy being stuck in the kitchen.
With Britain basking in some of the hottest weather on record, extreme heat has been a fact of life for many chefs these past weeks.
Still, no need to get hot and bothered under the collar, instead tell us just how hot it has been in your workplace by filling out our How hot is your kitchen? survey.
