We at Imperial Catering Equipment are pleased to announce that we will be contributing to the CEDA ‘Win a £60,000 kitchen' competition by offering the winner one of our top selling pieces of equipment, an Imperial IFS-40 double basket 40lb fryer. Our powerful fryer boasts a 105,000 BTU output allowing it to cook up to 72lbs of chips from raw per hour. The fryer features a stainless steel front, door, sides and basket hanger as standard which is easily removed for cleaning. The fryer has a large ‘cool zone' which captures food particles which prolongs oil life and reduces taste transfer which is ideal for busy restaurants.

We are so confident that our equipment will last that we will also offer 2 years parts and labour warranty on the unit, as we do with all of our Imperial products as standard.
