Inaugural UK Venue Show prepares to kick off
The UK Venue Show has revealed its full line-up of exhibitors and seminars ahead of the two-day show, which kicks off at Olympia tomorrow.
The inaugural UK Venue Show's exhibitor list features more than 50 historic and sporting venues, including the NEC, the London Film Museum and Cheltenham Racecourse.
Around 3,500 event buyers are expected to visit the trade show, which will host a number of seminars debating the sector.
Panel discussions will include a look at food trends for 2012, chaired by Caterer and Hotelkeeper‘s contract catering editor Janie Stamford and ‘trends and spends for 2012 onwards', chaired by Event magazine editor Jeremy King.
Betty Low from Public Sector Travel will oversee a debate on the emergence of online procurement systems for the event sector.
Show director Tanya Cohen said she was delighted with the response the show has received from corporate event buyers and decision makers.
"The show was created to fill a gap in the market and will be an effective platform for venues to engage with potential new clients in the live sector," she added.
