Incentive FM wins £1.5m contract at Cambridge Research Park
Incentive FM has won a £1.5m contract to provide catering and facilities management services at Cambridge Research Park in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire.
The three-year deal is expected to be worth in excess of £500,000 a year and sees the operator work with Ashdown Phillips, which manages the park.
Incentive FM will provide catering at the Boardwalk Café as well as office cleaning, security and front-of-house services.
Landscaping and grounds maintenance at the 112-acre development, which is set within a nature reserve, are also included in the remit and all elements of the contract will be self-delivered.
Martin Reed, director at Incentive FM, said: "This is a complex contract with a number of specialist elements including responsibility for an amazing nature reserve and the challenges of cleaning within laboratories on site.
"At Incentive FM we have the knowledge and expertise to meet these additional services and deliver a solution that is both innovative and cost effective."
