Inn or Out Events appoints new creative director and executive chef
London based event caterer Inn or Out has appointed Gemma Banks as creative director and Cris Macis as executive chef.
The two new appointees to the senior team both have backgrounds in the events sector, having previously worked at The Admirable Crichton.
Banks held the position of senior event manager while Macis was the group head chef.
Sean Valentine, managing director of Inn or Out Events, said: "I'm delighted that Gemma and Cris have joined our team, and they will bring an exciting and dynamic approach for our clients."
Inn or Out Events was acquired for an undisclosed sum by foodservice firm Bartlett Mitchell last year.
Valentine added: "Since the acquisition, we have won a number of new clients such as Salter's Hall and the High Commission of Canada and Cris will also be spearheading the opening of our new state-of-the-art production kitchen later this month."
