Innovate Services launches Construction Design and Build division
Innovate Services, a catering facilities operator to the education sector, has expanded its offer with the launch of a construction design and building services (CDB) division.
Available to any organisation or business requiring the development of a new food retailing environment, it includes new-build development and refurbishment, through to sourcing electronic point of sale systems, signage, furnishings and other required equipment.
Derick Martin, chief executive of Innovate, described the CDB arm as a natural extension to the company's existing services. "We already provide this as part of our complete education catering offering and have already successfully transformed over 65 schools and colleges catering facilities," he said.
"Now we offer an end-to-end design and build service not only to schools, but also to private businesses, retailers, cafes, hospitals or restaurants that are looking to partner with a firm that can create a vibrant catering environment, as well as utilise our buying power to procure fixtures and fittings."
Innovate CDB is a CHAS (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) accredited firm in addition to being registered with the NICEIC, which is the electrical contracting industry's independent voluntary body in the UK.
