Insalata pomodori mozzarella
Ingredients
Buffalo milk mozzarella cheese sliced
Ripe tomatoes, sliced
Fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Milled pepper
Selection of vegetables char-roasted seasoned and oiled - for example peppers red onions mushrooms courgettes aubergines and asparagus
Method
Arrange alternate slices of tomato and cheese around plate. Present vegetables in centre. Drizzle with oil and freshly cut basil. Twist pepper over salad.
