Inspired by the impending royal wedding, VisitBritain lists top romantic destinations

VisitBritain]( has got straight into the spirit of the impending royal wedding with a list of the most romantic places in Britain.

It follows news yesterday of Prince William and Kate Middleton's engagement, with the wedding expected to take place in spring or summer 2011.

The top romantic destinations according to VisitBritain:

Coworth Park hotel
Burgh Island

St Andrews, Fife
Inverlochy Castle
White Winter Walk in Perthshire

Bodysgallen Hall
Lake Vyrnwy hotel
