Institute of Hospitality launches new management guide

The Institute of Hospitality has launched a new management guide, Performance Management for All Ages in Hospitality Businesses.

The guide is designed to complement the institute's bi-monthly CPD newsletter, Know-how, which deals with business and education issues.

It explains the need for performance management, the performance review process, how to deal with poor performance and offers top tips on best practice.

Following on from the previous guide, Managing Without a Default Retirement Age, the new publication is available free to members of the Institute of Hospitality, and for £8 for a pdf and £12 for a hard copy to non-members.
