ISS wins £100m deal with Fulham Road Collaborative
ISS Facility Services Healthcare has won a £100m contract to provide catering and facilities management services to the three London trusts and the Institute of Cancer Research that make up the Fulham Road Collaborative.
The five-year deal will see 700 ISS staff deliver catering, cleaning, reception, waste management, pest control, laundry and linen, portering and car park management.
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust and the Institute of Cancer Research worked together on a competitive tender process for the new contract.
Simon Cox, managing director at ISS Facility Services Healthcare, Education and Defence, said: "These are four highly successful organisations with global reputations for excellence. Their approach really challenged us to deliver more for less.
"We will work very closely with the collaborative to achieve its cost-efficiency targets while maintaining the highest standards of patient care."
The specific services provided by ISS will differ in each organisation within the collaborative.
