ISS wins four-year deal at Vanquis Bank

ISS Facility Services Food & Hospitality has won a four-year catering contract with Vanquis Bank worth around £1m.

The caterer will provide a range of services for about 400 employees at the bank's main call centre office in Chatham, Kent, including vending, hospitality and catering.

ISS has also implemented a commercial-type deli with a hot and cold food offer as well as coffee services.

"The team's dedication to providing quality and value for money for their staff has been a great challenge to take on," commented Andy Chappell, managing director, ISS Facility Services Food and Hospitality. "With sales predicted to reach great levels, it should be an exciting year for the Vanquis team."

Ameera Mian, Vanquis Bank, commented: "Their many years of experience have provided ISS with the knowledge to understand the customer and to fulfil their needs. This was demonstrated throughout the whole process from tender to mobilisation."
