IWM London seeks new corporate hire

2014 marks a defining moment in the history of Imperial War Museums (IWM). We will lead the cultural programme for the Centenary of the First World War and unveil the £35 million transformation of our flagship branch, IWM London, including the opening of new First World War Galleries.

With around 1.3 million visitors expected in our first year of full re-opening and the eyes of the nation on the museum, our public catering and corporate hire services will play a key role in the visitor experience and we are seeking partners to will help us bring them to life.

We invite expressions of interest for both our catering and corporate hire contracts at IWM London, where the appointed partner will have sole, exclusive responsibility for operating the functions for an initial 5-year period.

If you have a proven track record of operational experience in this sector, we would like to hear from you no later than 31 March 2013, when a PQQ document will be issued to all applicants.
