Jackson Gilmour and The Recipe join Wallace Collection caterers list
Event caterers Jackson Gilmour and The Recipe have joined the approved suppliers list at the Wallace Collection in its first full catering tender since 2000.
There were also deletions, with The Admiral Crichton, Create Food & Party Design, Mosimann's and William Norris & Co all leaving the list.
Elisa Barton, head of events at the Wallace Collection, said: "With more than 20 excellent caterers to choose from, the selection process was difficult. We are delighted to welcome two exciting new companies to our list to sit alongside the caterers we know well and trust.
"We look forward to continuing to host prestigious events in our beautiful rooms and galleries with help from the exceptional caterers on our refreshed list."
Alison Price & Company, Blue Strawberry, By Word of Mouth, Mustard, Peyton Events, Rhubarb Food Design, Rocket Food and Zafferano were all retained.
The museum houses a number of spaces that are available for hire, including the Courtyard, which can accommodate dinners for up to 160 or drinks receptions for 300. The galleries are suitable for smaller dinners of up to 60 guests or drinks receptions for 150.
