Jill Bartlett goes into administration

Administrators have been appointed at Jill Bartlett a week after its former sister company Restaurants at Work collapsed and once again BaxterStorey has picked up the pieces.

The future of Jill Bartlett was uncertain following the administration of RAW last Friday as both businesses shared head office premises and back of house services.

BaxterStorey managing director Noel Mahony has confirmed the acquisition of the trading assets of the former business.

"Our concern at this time is to initiate contact with the former clients of Jill Bartlett and Company Limited to offer our support in best protecting their catering investments," he said.

"We are also in the process of sensitively handling the TUPE transfer of employees and we will be in contact with all employees to assure them of our support."
