Jim Wealands promoted to executive chef role at City caterer Lusso

Jim Wealands has been promoted to the newly created role of executive chef at City caterer Lusso. Formerly executive chef for Lusso's client law firm Hogan Lovells, he will report directly to managing director Paul Hurren. Wealands has been with the firm for almost four years and will be responsible for setting standards in food quality, innovation and creativity, for menu development, food delivery and for special events. He will also play a key role in chef training and new business tenders and will be heavily involved in openings and mobilisations.
