French contract caterer Sodexho has appointed Mike Johnson as the new head of its business and industry (B&I) arm. He remains managing director of Sodexho's corporate hospitality division, Sodexho Prestige.
Sodexho's B&I arm, which represents more than 25% of its business, was previously led by Paul Daly and Richard Jackson.
Jackson will now take up the role of UK and global development director. Daly will remain as managing director for regional B&I accounts and both will report to Johnson.
