Just three weeks left to enter Hospitality Apprenticeship Awards

There are just three weeks left to enter your staff for the Hospitality Apprenticeship Awards 2011.

The awards are supported by awarding body EDI, as well as the British Hospitality Association (BHA), Institute of Hospitality (IoH), and British Institute of Innkeeping (BII).

There are three categories of award:

â- Hospitality Apprentice Employer of the Year

â- Hospitality Apprentice Provider of the Year

The overall winner of the Apprentice of the Year will win a trip to the House of Champagne Gosset in France plus a two-week work experience scholarship at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.

The deadline for entries, which must be submitted by post, is 9 September 2011.
