Technology giant Apple chose Kings Place as the London satellite venue for the launch of the iPhone 5.
The event was led by Apple chief executive Tim Cook in California but not streamed live on the web, making the venue in King's Cross the only place for UK Apple fans to follow the proceedings live.
Kings Place Events, which operated the launch, declined to comment.
