Kudos opens second Feed café at Hackney Empire
Kudos has opened its latest Feed branded café at the Hackney Empire, as part of its £3m bar, retail and events contract at the venue.
The Feed at the Empire Café is a stand-alone high-street outlet that serves the venue's customers as well as the local community. It can accommodate 50 people inside and also has an outside seating area.
It is the second Feed branded operation that Kudos, part of the Crown Group, has opened, following a successful launch at the Brighton Centre in September 2010. Feed is the Crown Group's high-street retail café brand.
The café's offer includes breakfast pastries, freshly ground coffees, sandwiches, hot deli items and afternoon teas and cakes, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout.
Jon Pryce, managing director of Kudos, said: "We are delighted to be working with the Hackney Empire on this venture and it is very exciting to see this Feed café on the high street, where we can show off the brand and enjoy doing what we do best.
"We are very proud of the quality of our food, drink and customer service, and it's incredibly satisfying to see happy customers in another of our Feed cafés."
