Restaurateur Richard Shepherd of Langan's Brasserie took our Lifetime Achievement Award at the ceremony held at London's Grosvenor House hotel last year, and then stole the show with an emotional acceptance speech.

If you want to follow in his foot steps you'll have to move quickly, as the deadline for the majority of Catey categories is Friday 1 February.

Best Use of Technology entries can be submitted until 14 March and Best Independent and Best Group Marketing Campaign entries are open until 21 March.
