Law firm Bond Pearce to provide free legal advice to BHA members
National law firm Bond Pearce has teamed up with the British Hospitality Association (BHA) to provide its members with free legal advice.
Bond Pearce will provide an e-mail helpline for legal queries, advance warning of legislative issues and future regulatory risks likely to impact the sector, and practical briefings and presentations on hot topics.
Bond Pearce acts for many major brands in the hospitality and leisure sector within its three key areas of licensing, regulatory and real estate. It advises clients across the sector, incorporating hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs, breweries, cinemas, theatres, betting shops, bingo clubs, night clubs, casinos, arcades, bowling centres and a variety of visitor attractions.
Ewen Macgregor, hospitality and leisure sector group head at Bond Pearce said: "We are delighted to be working with the leading organisation in this sector on the issues that really matter to their members. Navigating the complex maze of legislation in this heavily-regulated sector can be a real headache for businesses day-to-day and our aim is to provide sound practical support to the BHA membership."
Ufi Ibrahim, chief executive at The British Hospitality Association said: "We are excited to have Bond Pearce on board and believe they will add great value as a partner. We aim to deliver real returns for our members, positively championing the industry's priorities through partnerships with government and with other associations and organisations. Our aim is to bring tangible, long-lasting, positive benefits to every member's business."
