Levy Restaurants caters for O2's biggest dinner event

Levy Restaurants UK catered for the O2's biggest ever dinner event on Monday (11 July) to celebrate the Business in the Community Responsible Business Awards 2016.

The event at one of London's biggest music and entertainment venues was attended by over 1,600 guests, from SME owners to the CEOs of global brands. Prince Charles, president of the Business in the Community charity, opened the event.

The menu included cumin-roasted beetroot with beet mallow, grilled cauliflower, curly endive and balsamic caviar to start; a main of roasted rib of beef, beef cheek with baked potato and chive butter, Savoy cabbage, caramelised shallot and baby carrots with a risotto cracker; and a black forest gateau served in a molten chocolate ball with hot chocolate sauce for dessert.

Steve Cova, director of catering for Levy Restaurants UK at the O2, said: "We take great delight in opportunities such as this to showcase our culinary expertise. Our team served up a showstopping menu that was entirely fitting for such a prestigious awards ceremony."
