Lexington reaccredited as Gold standard organisation by IIP

Foodservice firm Lexington has been reaccredited as a Gold standard organisation with Investors in People (IIP).

Gold is the highest level of IIP accreditation available and is achieved by just 7% of IIP-recognised organisations in the UK. It aims to recognise high standards in business, management, and employee engagement.

Lexington chief executive Mike Sunley said: "We have worked hard to create a culture that enables our people to work in a fun and inspirational environment. We have a very clear vision and know our people are key to success."

Set up in 2002, Lexington Catering was a big winner at this year's inaugural Foodservice Cateys, where it won three awards including B&I Caterer of the Year and Chef of the Year for chef director Rob Kirby.
