Life's Kitchen wins £1m contract for Worshipful Company of Wax Chandlers
Bespoke caterer Life's Kitchen has been awarded a £1m contract to provide services to the Worshipful Company of Wax Chandlers at their Livery Hall.
The five-year deal will see the firm take over from current provider Create on January 2011. As well as providing catering services at the Gresham Street venue, Life's Kitchen will also lead the sales and marketing strategy, as well as manage the events diary.
The contract caterer, which was founded in 2005, already operates the Painters' Hall and Tallow Chandler's Hall venues in the City of London.
Nicholas Levens, Life's Kitchen MD, said: "Wax Chandlers' Hall is an important addition to the Life's Kitchen venue portfolio; its location, capacity and history are extremely appealing to all of the core markets in which we operate."
