New software has expanded the easy-cook options on Lincat's 12 Opus SelfCooking Centers which use smart-touch screen technology to take the guesswork out of cooking. New food options include egg dishes and desserts (which can be fried, scrambled or steamed) and potato dishes, where the options include frying, gratinating, steaming, chips, convenience, baking, or dumplings. Lincat has also added new processes to existing modes (such as braising, breaded dishes, marinated dishes, steamed seafood, fried finger food, cookies, soufflés, pizzas and proving) and introduced a new grill/pizza tray and pizza dish to the accessory range. The centres range in price from £6,620 to £24,999.
